Not *actually* the only pie crust recipe, but debatably the only one you will ever need.
what you'll need:
1 cup + 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/3 cup canola oil
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon salt
yields: 1 pie crust
total prep time: 5 minutes
instructions:
Mix oil and water together in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix with a fork until it forms a ball. If it feels too sticky, sprinkle in some more flour. If it feels too dry and crumbly, add in a small amount of water.
Roll out the crust between 2 pieces of wax paper, and follow the remaining instructions in your pie recipe.
