Blackberry Prosciutto Skewers



 

what you'll need:

  • 6 oz blackberries

  • 12 oz container marinated fresh mozzarella balls

  • 2-4 slices prosciutto

  • fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tablespoon honey (hot honey works well too)

  • toothpicks

yields: ~15 skewers

total prep time: 15 minutes

 

instructions:

  1. Thoroughly wash blackberries and mint leaves. Begin alternating blackberries, mozzarella, prosciutto, and mint onto each toothpick. Arrange on a plate and drizzle with honey.
